Public Classes

All of my current public classes are below! These classes are beginner-friendly in Queer safe spaces. Classes are usually ~1 hour long. We begin classes with gentle movement on the ground, followed by faster-paced asanas (poses) for about 15-20 minutes. All classes will end with a 15+ minute cool down ending in a progressive muscle relaxation savasana.

Mats & props will be provided but may be limited. Please B.Y.O.M(at). when possible. We encourage you to show up as you are, wear comfortable clothes you can bend in. Shoes policies are dependent of location. If it is unclear please ask.

If you ever have questions or concerns about - what to bring to class, what to wear, what to expect or any other general worries - please do not hesitate to reach out! I try to respond to all emails & dm's as quick as possible.

My goal for yoga is create a welcoming space for ALL humans to safely move their bodies, practice breathwork and create bodily-autonomy. What does it mean to "listen to your body".  Drop-in and find out.
